School Discovery Day at The DoSeum is the flagship event of our series! The first 1,000 guests who register for our free event will not only be able to meet over 35 schools, but will also have access to The DoSeum’s 68,000 square feet of wow-worthy galleries designed to cultivate curiosity, ignite learning, and discover the power of play through interactive fun. The beats of the young DJs of The AM Project will greet visitors at the entrance to the theater, just to the left of The DoSeum’s main entrance. Inside the theater, SACM team members will be on hand to greet visitors and the space will be packed with schools who are eager to meet families and talk about their learning models. After visiting the tables in the theater, families will be able to move through the double doors into the first floor and second floor galleries of The DoSeum, where kids can enjoy hands-on fun and caregivers can talk with even more schools. Team members with SACM and MindshiftED will be on hand to answer questions about school search and interpret for Spanish speakers. Guests who complete the scavenger hunt can enter a raffle to win a $100 gift card. Free parking is available at The DoSeum’s parking lots and street parking in the neighborhood.
